OK, since it isn't extremely clear, this is going to be how it will work:

If you don't mess up, like have any Admin, etc talk to you, you get 25 points every Sunday, PM Admins for this.

You will also get addition Honor/Controbution points by getting new members, etc....

If one of your freinds joins, ask an Admin to confirm this and you will get the points.
