go to "image", then "scale image". make sure you're layer is "background"

Ok, I went to Image and Scale Image and there were two things: Image Size with height, width X-resolution and Y-resolution, then uderneath that, it said Quality with Interpolation and it had a pull down with Cubic, Linear, None, and Sync.

yeah, u dont NEED photobucket to BE a GD, but itll help a lot cause that way its easier to show your work on this site.
